Customization and Exchanges

EcoLSD tools are handcrafted in standard builds, with select custom-length options available for movers who need a more specific fit.

For flow ropes, the standard finished length is 8 ft, which works well for most movers and practice styles. If you need something shorter or longer, custom lengths are available.

Flow mace builds are designed around specific weight, length, and leverage profiles. Some flow mace setups include user-adjustable knots as noted on the product page.

Custom Lengths

Custom-length tools are made specifically for you.

Because they are built outside the standard sizing, custom-length ropes and custom-length flow maces are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a materials or workmanship issue.

If you are unsure what length or setup you need, reach out before ordering. We’ll help you choose the best option for your body, practice, and intended use.

Returns & Exchanges

Standard tools may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery if they are clean, undamaged, and in like-new condition.

Eligible standard tools include:

  • Standard 8 ft flow ropes

  • Standard flow mace builds

Custom-length tools are final sale unless there is a materials or workmanship issue.

If you want to switch rope types, diameters, or standard tool models, we’ll settle any price difference:

  • You’ll pay the difference for an upgrade

  • You’ll receive the difference as store credit for a downgrade

Customers cover return shipping for returns and exchanges. Original shipping is not refundable.

Worn, damaged, altered, or unsafe tools may be refused for return or exchange, but they may still be eligible for Lifetime Care & Refresh.
