Customization and Exchanges

EcoLSD™ Flow Ropes are handcrafted to a standard 8 ft length, which works well for most movers and practice styles. If you need something shorter or longer, we offer custom lengths to help you dial it in.

Available dropdown menu options:
• Standard 8 ft
• Custom 7 ft
• Custom 7.5 ft
• Custom 8.5 ft
• Custom 9 ft
• Custom (Email for other lengths not listed)

Notes:
• Customization applies to length only
• Custom-length ropes are not eligible for exchange
• Turnaround times on orders are generally ~1 week, but could be closer to 2 weeks for custom lengths
• We’re happy to recommend a length based on height and practice style

Exchanges

Exchanges are available within 30 days of delivery in new or like-new condition, and are limited to the standard (8 ft) length only. Custom-length ropes cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you’d like to switch diameters (ex: River ↔ Summit) we’ll swap it and settle any price difference:

• You’ll pay the difference for an upgrade, or

• Receive the difference as store credit for a downgrade

Customers cover return shipping; original shipping isn’t refundable. Email us before shipping and we’ll confirm the exchange and next steps. Worn, damaged, or unsafe ropes may be refused for exchange (but can still be serviced through our Care & Refresh Program).

Store credit can be used toward any EcoLSD products, including services within the Care & Refresh Program.
