We keep shipping simple, trackable, and transparent. Every EcoLSD™ tool is handcrafted and made to order.

Processing Time

Most orders ship within about 1 week of purchase. Because each tool is made-to-order, processing time may vary slightly. If we anticipate a lead time longer than 1 week, we’ll email you. For custom lengths, lead times may be closer to 2 weeks.

Shipping (U.S.)

We keep shipping simple and predictable:

  • For flow tools and bundles, orders under $150 ship for a flat $10 rate anywhere in the United States

  • For the rope brush, rope wax, and/or care kit, orders under $150 ship for a flat $4 rate anywhere in the United States

  • Orders over $150 ship free anywhere in the United States

Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International shipping is a flat $30 rate.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery timelines may also vary due to customs processing.

Address Changes

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to update it, email jarrod@ecolsd.com as soon as possible — we’ll do our best to help if the order hasn’t shipped yet.

If an order is returned as undeliverable, we’ll reach out by email. Any additional shipping fees due to an incorrect address are the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged (or goes missing), email jarrod@ecolsd.com with your order number and photos of the box and contents (for damage claims). We’ll help you resolve it as quickly as possible.

Returns, Warranty & Refresh Shipping

For 30-day returns or exchanges, customers cover shipping and original shipping is not refundable.

For Lifetime Care & Refresh, normal-wear repairs, and materials-only replacement support, customers cover shipping both ways.

If an issue is covered under the EcoLSD Lifetime Workmanship Guarantee, EcoLSD covers the repair or replacement and return shipping.
