Shipping

We keep shipping simple, trackable, and transparent. Every EcoLSD™ Flow Rope is handcrafted and made to order.

Processing Time

Most ropes ship within ~1 week of purchase. Because each rope is made-to-order, processing time may vary slightly. If we anticipate a lead time longer than 1 week, we’ll email you.

Free Shipping (Continental U.S.)

Orders $150+ ship free within the continental United States (48 states). Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout when eligible.

Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories are excluded from the free-shipping threshold.

Shipping Rates & Options

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package size/weight. Available options (and delivery times) depend on your location and the shipping method selected.

Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Worldwide Shipping

We ship worldwide. International shipping rates are shown at checkout.

Please note: international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery timelines can also vary due to customs processing.

Address Changes

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to update it, email jarrod@ecolsd.com as soon as possible — we’ll do our best to help if the order hasn’t shipped yet.

If an order is returned as undeliverable, we’ll reach out by email. Any additional shipping fees due to an incorrect address are the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged or Missing Packages

f your package arrives damaged (or goes missing), email jarrod@ecolsd.com with your order number and photos of the box and contents (for damage claims). We’ll help you resolve it as quickly as possible.

Exchanges, Warranty & Refresh Shipping

For exchanges and Care & Refresh services, customers cover shipping unless the issue is covered under our Lifetime Guarantee for craftsmanship/construction defects. Full details are on the Warranty & Refresh page.
