EcoLSD Flow Mace - 16mm

At roughly 36 inches long and about 2.35 lbs, the 16mm Flow Mace is the most balanced starting point in the hemp flow mace line: substantial enough to feel real momentum, while staying more approachable for regular practice.

It offers a full sense of momentum, feedback, and presence while still staying fluid, responsive, and easy to return to often.

This is a strong “one mace” option for movers who want a tool that can support everyday flow, rotational strength, coordination, and longer practice sessions without feeling overpowering.
