The 20mm flow mace is the heavier side of the line - denser, more grounded, and more demanding in a good way. It slows things down just enough to make leverage, timing, and force transfer easier to feel. Rather than disappearing in the hand, it teaches through pull, arc, and momentum.
Knot setup
20mm Short:
This version comes with no handle knots. It could have one added for shortening, but the standard build is already where I think it works best.
20mm Long:
This version comes with an end handle knot, a mid handle knot, and an upper length-adjustment knot. The upper knot can be removed to lengthen the mace, or another can be added to shorten it by a few inches.
Fit guidance
The 20mm short flow mace works well for most heights, because the compact build keeps the leverage manageable. The long version is the more size-sensitive option. The standard long version, with the upper length knot tied in a figure 8, works well for users between 5’9” and 6’3”. Taller users can still do well with that setup, just untie the figure 8. Shorter users can add an additional knot to shorten it, but below about 5’8”, I recommend a custom length.
